We represented JW, who was spotted by police speeding. This led to a lengthy pursuit, resulting in a road traffic collision involving an ambulance. Police later recovered nearly one kilogram of cannabis from a holdall. Our client was charged with dangerous driving and possession with intent to supply (PWITS) class B cannabis. Today, our client was sentenced to a suspended sentence with an unpaid work requirement at Leicester Crown Court.
